A: Nice try—NO! In case all you sun worshipers haven’t noticed, your skin doesn’t look so good—and just FYI, fixing it isn’t cheap or quick.
Your skin remembers everything you do to it, and paybacks can be wicked!
Exposure to UV radiation, whether from sunlight or tanning beds not only damages your skin but also significantly increases your risk of skin cancer.
High SPF alone is not enough to protect from UV-induced cell damage. Use an SPF of at least 30 that blocks UVA and UVB, wear protective clothing, and avoid midday sun when possible.
If you already have skin damage from too much sun exposure, there are treatments & skin care products that promote healing of your skin.
